Job Summary

Health and Safety Procedure Compliance, Training, Implementation, Monitoring, improving & Upgrading and over all HSE management of Industrial Construction, fabrications, Installations and commissioning projects in the field of Chemical, Food Beverages, Oil & Gas and other manufacturing Industries etc.

Responsibilities and Duties

Below are the key responsibilities,

  1. Implementation and training of HSE aspects at various level of organization and projects.

  2. Monitoring and controlling performance of organisation on HSE front.

  3. Identifying areas of improvement and prepare improvement and implementation plan.

  4. Identifying and developing new range of services on HSE management and training.

  5. Work along and support Business Development team in promoting HSE management and training services to various industries.

  6. Supervise and manage project activities independently on project site.

  7. Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA.

  8. Prepare Job Hazard / Job Safety Analysis (JHA/JSA) for all project related activities.

  9. Develop Emergency Response plan, Emergency Role and Responsibilities.

  10. Daily, Weekly, Monthly and situational Project HSE procedures and documentation.

  11. Prepare &/or compile HSE report of projects under execution.

  12. Get involved and review design activities being carried out by Engineering team, on HSE related issues and share view point to overall improvement of design development considering execution of the work from the stage of engineering / design development itself.

  13. Organize and deliver Safety Training to the skilled as well as unskilled level of workforce.

  14. Developing, implementing, managing and maintaining Site HSE Statistics as per OSHA.

  15. Ensuring compliance as per guideline set by factory inspectorate and Director of Industrial Safety and Health (DISH).

  16. Conducting Mock drills and HSE Committee meeting at predefined deadlines.

  17. Conduct Safety Audits and Compiling Audit report for Top Management reporting.

  18. Detailed Incident Investigation and Reporting.

  19. Develop/update/maintain documents as per the requirement of ISO 45001:2018 and attend audit with relevant and required HSE documentations.

  20. Ready to travel to project sites within / out side India as per project requirement.

Required Qualifications, Experience and Skills

Job Types: Full-time

  1. Diploma / Bachelor of Industrial Safety

  2. Interest and willingness to get NEBOSH certification

  3. Minimum 7 years to 9 Years of experience
