What is Sexual Harassment?

- Submission to such conduct is made a condition of employment or advancement.
- Submission to or rejection of such conduct affects an individual's employment status.
Examples of Sexual Harassment (not exhaustive):
- Unwanted physical contact, such as hugging, groping, or kissing.
- Sexual innuendo, jokes, or comments.
- Lewd or offensive gestures or pictures.
- Verbal abuse of a sexual nature.
- Unwanted requests for sexual favors.
Who is Protected by this Policy?:
This policy protects all employees of the Company, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected characteristic. It also applies to all work-related interactions, including on-site, off-site, and virtual work settings.
Reporting a Complaint:
Employees who believe they have been sexually harassed are encouraged to report the incident immediately to any of the following:
- Supervisor
- Human Resources Department
- Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) Member
Investigation Process:
The Company will conduct a thorough investigation of all reported incidents of sexual harassment. The investigation may include interviews with the complainant, the respondent (accused), and any witnesses.
Confidentiality:
The Company will maintain the confidentiality of all information related to sexual harassment complaints to the extent possible, consistent with the need to conduct a thorough investigation and take appropriate corrective action.
