Candidate should have relevant experience of developing Mechanical (exposure to other discipline design would be an added advantage) Equipment and Piping 3D modeling (Not the New Product Development), 2D working drawing extraction, Isometric and BOM extraction etc. using Autoplant – 3D / Revit etc. software for the various applications & projects from different Industry domain specifically from the Chemical, Minerals, Pharma, Food & Beverages Other Manufacturing industries are envisaged.
Candidate from Engineering consulting organization would be the preference.

Responsible understanding the project requirement with the help and support of Project and other team members (to the level of Management, if needed) and opening the project design straight from the 3D modeling.

Develop PFD & P&ID on Autoplant3D platform. Extract equipment, valve and instrument list from the P&ID and update the complete list in the form of formal deliverable.

Develop the specific 3D model to its best accuracy and level of detailing

Collect input from other discipline such as Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil and Structural and incorporate their inputs to the model in order to have a comprehensive model of specific project / process/ production/ utility line.

Check the model for clashes and short out the clashes by coordinating with other discipline team members.

Develop plot plan, equipment layout, piping layout, plan, Elevation & section, piping isometric.

Organize stage review within the project team as well as client on specific stages of the design development.

Extract 2D / 3D working drawings from the model developed.

Extract isometrics and Bill Of Material from the model to its best accuracy

Render the 3D model to have the realistic image of the project developed

Take lead and spread positivity in handling every challenging situation and project demands.

Support BD team in calculating the man hours required for the projects in Bid stages.

Support BD team in estimating the cost based on the preliminary model developed during Bid stage of SITC job.

Whenever needed, visit the sites (across India / outside India) to collect the site measurements and develop the As-built drawings as per the project requirement.

Participate in project Kickoff meeting with project team to ensure alignment between Coenz Project team and Client team in terms of agreed conditions and battery limits of the project.

Participate in relevant Project meetings / calls to ensure Coenz Design/Project team is meeting client’s expectations and smooth project delivery with high client satisfaction.

Ensure adherence on project deliverable submission timeline defined

During the free time slot availability, develop the standard templates/ objects/ sheets / document that can add value to the future assignments of the company and can help in optimizing the time while delivering the project deliverables in actual.

Ensure strict adherence to the CIMS (Coenz Integrated Management System) and comply all Quality and Safety procedures. Maintain documentation and its track throughout the project duration.

Develop Document Control Register and maintain the submission, approval and revision history in coordination with project co-ordinator

Workout necessary information and costing for bidding new projects/ change /variation in existing projects.

Play and active part and support Business Development team to win new projects.

Maintain good relations with existing client and ensure client satisfaction to get repetitive projects.

Attend various training programs, seminars and promotional events to upgrade knowledge and data bank of new software, technology, materials, procedures and technics being used/ can be used in improving the safety, quality, workmanship and time consumption in any project.

Ensure Project reporting being done on agreed frequency and quality of the project reporting being maintained with relevant and important to capture topics and information.

Support Coenz Management and QHS Head during ISO audit in clarifying the Auditor’s queries and present the documents/ works being carried out in compliance to ISO standards.

Candidate must be willing to be an active member of Coenz Safety Committee as decided by QHS head and play an active role in ERT.

Candidate must be open to travel/ stay within / outside India for project purpose.

Work closely with Coenz Management & QHS head to improve and maintain the CIMS effectiveness.
